Machine rigging and installation preparation and coordination
In many cases the CRD team is capable of working with machine
riggers and movers to stage your equipment for safe disassembly,
packaging and relocation. Additionally, we can help prepare
your facility for equipment installation and then assist in the
assembly and power-up.
Plastic Molding
CRD maintains a modest molding facility to create special plastic
shapes. Sometimes the molded components are of an artistic
nature. Frequently we utilize our mold making for module encapsulating,
duplicating existing
components no longer available, proto-type and limited run
components. We utilize silicone to create male, female and complex
cavity models and generate the components with a variety of castable
Urethanes.
Software Design
Typically modern designs require some intelligence for operator interaction and machine control. Usually an embedded microprocessor is required to
fulfill these
requirements.
