Key Benefits

Moving and setting a machine or process line is not just a question of guys with forklifts and cutting torches showing up.  In many cases destination sit preparation is a critical first step before the process of rigging a machine or process line for relocation begins.

Depending on the machinery or equipment involved it may be necessary to address destination site pad issues  very early in the project to foster a smooth move and installation experience.

Electrical, air,  water and other requirements as well as the scheduling of service providers are significant steps which must happen early in the process.

Reviewing the equipment at its current location and coordinating with the riggers insures safe and systematic disassembly and staging prior to the actual move.  This procedure also helps maintain order as the equipment arrives and is re-assembled.

In some cases it is even necessary to coordinate with local authorities when the equipment is extremely large or in some other way hazardous.

Finally, the goal is a smooth, trouble free experience from power down and disassembly to the initial power-up in the new location.  Careful planning can avoid unnecessary delays, damage, expenses and in some cases fines.
