Ken P. Chalfant, Founder/Proprietor.
Ken has more than 30 years industrial control and machine experience.  His background includes analog and digital circuit design, mechanical design, power control and industrial machine repair, rebuild and upgrades.

Mark R. Lekarczyk, Hardware and Software design engineer. 
Mark has more than 20 years of practical application experience in the design and development of electronic hardware and microprocessor based systems.  His abilities include logic and printed circuit board design as well as software development and implementation.

Mitch Swain, Mechanical Engineer. 
Mitch brings more than 40 years of mechanical design and fabrication experience to the CRD team.  His professional involvement ranges from aerospace to seismic instrumentation research, design and development.  Mitch also has extensive working knowledge of fixture and test design for semiconductor failure analysis.

Rodney Raleigh, Opportunity Discovery and Client Liaison.  
Rod's manufacturing and production career spans more than thirty years and crosses several industries.  His experiences in these environments, coupled with his mechanical aptitude affords Rod unique perspectives in guiding the CRD team to most effectively serve your needs.

Larry Hutchinson, Project Planner.
Larry has more than 25 years of manufacturing and project planning experience.  Additionally, his background includes electronic and mechanical design and program development.  Larry also brings extensive  business management and operation skills to the CRD team.

Ray Berry, Support Engineer.
Ray's 35 years of manufacturing experience includes extensive safety and compliance test engineering.  Additionally, Ray has an extensive production and process support background.

John Sanders, Support Engineer.
John's extensive involvement in semiconductor test and failure analysis coupled with strong mechanical design abilities make him a powerful team member.  Additionally, his twenty plus years of production and business management experience are invaluable in project planning and process development and implementation.
